Graceful Living Home Plus is a licensed Kansas adult care home in Wichita, KS providing personalized support in a home-like setting.
We serve individuals who:

The Admissions Process
We keep the process simple and transparent. From first contact to move-in, here's what to expect:
Inquiry & Initial Conversation
Call, email, or fill out our contact form. We'll answer your questions, explain our services, discuss availability, and determine if we might be a good fit.
Tour & Meet the Team
Visit our home, meet staff and residents (with their permission), see the living spaces, and get a feel for daily life. We encourage you to visit during a meal or activity to see our community in action.
Assessment & Care Planning
If you'd like to move forward, we'll conduct a thorough assessment of care needs, review medical history, and collaborate with you, your family, and your healthcare providers to develop an individualized service plan.
Move-In & Welcome
We'll coordinate a move-in date that works for you. Bring personal items to make your room feel like home. Our staff will help you settle in and ensure a smooth, comfortable transition.
